We typically ship within 3-5 business days, and delivery times vary depending on your location. Most parcels arrive within 5–14 business days after dispatch.

€6.99 shipping within the European Union – Free shipping on orders over €100

Returns & Exchanges:

We want you to have the best experience possible. If your item doesn’t fit quite right or you’d prefer another color, fabric, or style — it’s okay. Just follow the steps below to exchange or return.

Return & Exchange Policy
•You may return or exchange items within 30 days of receiving your order.
•Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.
•Shipping charges are non-refundable.
•Returns and exchanges are only accepted for purchases made directly at carushka.com.
•There are no additional shipping charges for exchanges.
•All returns and exchanges must include:
- The original order number
- A note stating the reason for return and whether you’d like a different size, color, or item

Please note: Items sent back without proper documentation or missing order numbers cannot be processed.

Return Instructions
1. Please contact us before returning.
2. Carefully pack your items and a note including your name, order number, and reason for return.
3. Use a trackable shipping method and send the parcel prepaid to the address provided.
4. A confirmation email will be sent once your return is processed.
5. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used. Please allow up to 30 days for the credit to appear.

Important Notes:
•If you do not pick up your parcel or refuse delivery, this is not automatically considered a return. You must notify us within 30 days to qualify for a refund.
•Returns sent without prior contact may not be accepted.
•Please do not return items as cash on delivery — these will not be accepted.
•Items can be tried on, but tags must remain attached if you wish to return or exchange them.
